We had our second ultrasound today. Baby is measuring 18.48mm which is equal to 8w2d and has a heartbeat of 175 beats per minute. We were told they wanted anything between 120 - 180 so we are looking good there.We got to see the brain beginning to form.
We weren't scheduled to have another ultrasound until October for 12 wks but our nurse practitioner asked if we would fill more comfortable coming in at 10wks as well so of course we jumped at the opportunity.
I have to go back in on Thursday for another urine test because I had ketones in my urine today.

I am so happy things are going well...I'll keep praying for you and your little raspberry... Before you know it... a cantaloupe... and then, a VOLLEYBALL! I know that's not a fruit, but I can just see you with a little PINK volleyball in there... (No premonitions... just going on the old wives tale with the heart rate...) I know it is not medically proven, but it was accurate with Tracy.
This is a great way to keep everyone posted... but you know I will probably call you anyway!
