Brasen's Baptism

Brasen was baptized today by the same minister who baptized TJ a few years ago. Rev Randy Smith will be leaving our church next month to serve at a church in east Texas and it was very important to us that he baptize Brasen before leaving.
What made the baptism even more special for us was that Rev. Joe Jones was able to come to the front to join in with us. Rev. Jones has been very close and dear to me for several years and was the one who performed mine and TJ's wedding ceremony.
Brasen was wonderful today and was awake and alert for the ceremony. He was quiet and attentive. We had been practicing at home in the bathtub and I guess it paid off because he didn't even cry when the water was poured on his head. He let Rev. Smith walk him around the sanctuary up and down each section and never made a sound. We have such a great boy.
