Brasen required oxygen right after birth but was breathing on his own within an hour or so. His respiration was still too high and he was put in Level 2 NICU. Since he was breathing so heavily they gave him an IV instead of feeding him. Yesterday he was moved from the warming bed to a regular infant bed to see how he did at maintaining his own body temperature. His IV was removed and he started eating. Everything seems to be going well and he might get to come to my room today.
TJ got to change his diaper yesterday and got peed on. Oh, the joys of little boys!!!
We were both given the chance at feeding him last night but he wasn't too interested. He was more content just staring at his Daddy.
We haven't taken too many pictures with the cameras because he hates the flashes. We do have some still images taken from my video camera that I just haven't uploaded yet. I will try to do this soon.
