TJ and I found out that I was pregnant on August 8, 2008 when I got a positive home pregnancy test. According to my egg retrieval date, I am due on April 20, 2009. This date falls right in the middle of my sister's birthday (April 15) and my dad's birthday (April 26).
We are both excited about this pregnancy but the pain we have been through in the past with our four losses is still very fresh. We understand how delicate things are right now and how quickly things can change. We are trying to enjoy this while protecting ourselves at the same time. TJ and I both feel very blessed to be here right now and our past experiences have taught us not to take any part of it for granted.
